What is it?
The Power of Ideas tour is part of Innovation 150 which is a Canada150 signature initiative. It consists of a traveling science exhibit, an inspiring presentation on innovation and maker workshops. This immersive science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) experience will give youth the opportunity to engage in science and innovate!
Why do this?
Inspire the next generation of innovators all over the country, from big cities to small communities. We want to show that ANYONE and EVERYONE can innovate!
Where is it going?
Over 60 communities (big and small) across Canada. The tour wiill start on the west coast (Victoria, BC) and make its way to the east coast (St. John’s, NL). Check out all the locations we’re visiting here.
When is it happening?
Everything kicks off on Jan 2, 2017 and will continue until December 2017.
Who is involved?
